About Dr. Brooks
Dr. Brooks is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthokeratology and Myopia Control, an associate member-in-process for fellowship in the College of Optometrists in Vision Development, and a member of the Sports Vision Section of the American Optometric Association.
Dr. Brooks graduated with honors from the University of Houston College of Optometry after graduating from Baylor University with a degree in biology.
Dr. Brooks has been honored to receive the “Best of the Best” Optometrist distinction for the past six years. Dr. Brooks and his wife, Amy, have been married for 21 years and have four children. He is a member of Church at the Cross and is privileged to serve their church family as an Elder. To relax, he enjoys kayaking, woodworking, and guitar.

Deborah Zanella, O.D.
About Dr. Zanella
After completing her education in primary care optometry and ocular disease, Dr. Zanella worked alongside Dr. Steven Wexler at TLC Laser Eye Center in St. Louis for three years. There, she gained extensive knowledge in refractive surgery and served as an adjunct professor for the UMSL School of Optometry, training optometry students in pre- and post-operative care of LASIK and PRK. She still enjoys helping patients through the decision-making process of refractive surgery and caring for them after surgery.
In 2006 Dr. Zanella and her husband moved to North Texas to be around his two sisters and their families. She loves living in Texas, mostly because the wonderful people of Texas remind her of her mid-western roots. Dr. Zanella is board certified by the National Board of Optometry in ocular disease management and is a certified Optometric Glaucoma Specialist. She is a current member of the American Optometric Association, Texas Optometric Association and Tarrant County Optometric Society.
Dr. Zanella has been married to Dr. Peter Zanella for 16 years and they have two children, Madison and Ryan. She feels very blessed to be a wife and a mom. She loves taking care of her patients, but when not at work she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, attending church, working out, and traveling.

About Dr. Zanella
In 2006, Dr. Zanella decided to move to North Texas to be around his two sisters and their families. He is a past officer of the Tarrant County Optometric Society and past board member for the Texas Optometric Association. Dr. Zanella is board certified by the National Board of Optometry in ocular disease management and is a certified Optometric Glaucoma Specialist. He is a current member of the American Optometric Association, Texas Optometric Association, and Tarrant County Optometric Society.
Dr. Zanella has been married to Dr. Deborah Zanella for 16 years and they have two children, Madison and Ryan. He has completed over 30 half and full marathons and enjoys reading, exercising, and traveling.

About Dr. Marsh
Dr. Branon Marsh is originally from Amarillo, Texas. He received his Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science from Texas A&M University in 1995. He is a 2000 graduate from the University of Houston College of Optometry. “We take our responsibilities as health care providers very seriously, and it is a pleasure to have the opportunity to serve the community here in Southlake and the surrounding areas. We strive to provide an unmatched eye care experience. Our patients should leave knowing their eyes have never been in better hands.” Dr. Branon Marsh has completed externships in both refractive surgery and ocular disease. He enjoys golf and spending leisure time in Colorado fly fishing and snow skiing.

Dr. Carol Ann Marsh is originally from Bonham, Texas. She received her Bachelor of Science in Optometric Science from the University of Houston. She is a Class of 1999 graduate from the University of Houston College of Optometry. “Quality health care is about more than just results. It is also about patient relationships. We want to provide the highest level of diagnostic accuracy, while also developing relationships with our patients and their families that can stand the test of time.” Dr. Carol Ann Marsh has completed externships in corneal and retinal disease as well as refractive surgery. In her free time, Dr. Carol Ann enjoys exercising and shopping.

Janet Ogletree, O.D.
About Dr. Ogletree
Therapeutic Optometrist, Dr. Janet Ogletree grew up in Plano, Texas. She received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Biology from Baylor University in 1995 and her Doctor of Optometry Degree from the University of Houston College of Optometry in 1999. Dr. Ogletree is a Diplomate of the American Board of Optometry.
Dr. Ogletree is a member of both the American Optometric Association and the Texas Optometric Association. She is a past president of the Northeast Texas Optometric Society.
Dr. Ogletree currently resides in Lantana. In her free time, Dr. Ogletree likes to travel and spend time with her family.

Dr. Kelly Visentine is a native Texan and received her Bachelor of Science Degree from Texas Tech University. She attended Southern California College of Optometry, receiving her Doctor of Optometry Degree in 1993.
Dr. Visentine is a Diplomate of the American Board of Optometry. In addition, she is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Texas Optometric Association.

Kelby Trusty, O.D.
About Dr. Trusty
Dr. Kelby Trusty graduated from the University of Houston, College of Optometry, in 1988. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Oklahoma, a Dean’s List graduate with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Microbiology. Prior to establishing a private practice in Denton, Texas, Dr. Trusty was an Optometrist Clinician at the Cataract Eye Institute in Houston, Texas and an optometrist at Cornea Associates of Texas.
In 1991, Dr. Trusty established Total Eyecare & Eyewear Gallery. He has been in practice in Denton for more the 20 years and has gained extensive experience in primary optometric care, medical management of eye disease, contact lenses and refractive surgery co-management. In addition, Dr. Trusty serves as a Clinical Investigator for Bausch & Lomb and Polymer Technology and as sports vision practitioner for Texas Woman’s University and The University of North Texas.
Dr. Trusty and his wife, Shari, are active in the Rock Hill Baptist Church and in their community

Heath Coleman, O.D.
About Dr. Coleman
Dr. Heath Coleman received his Doctor of Optometry summa cum laude from Northeastern State University’s College of Optometry in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. Furthermore, Dr. Coleman received his Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from Oklahoma State University.
Dr. Coleman graduated with many achievements during his college career and was actively involved in several volunteer organizations such as School Vision Screenings, American Optometric Student Association, and Special Olympics. He also completed an externship in refractive surgery at Advanced Laser Center and is very passionate about providing each patient with the highest quality of eyecare.
In practice since 2011, Dr. Coleman has always been amazed by what can be diagnosed by looking in a person’s eyes. He believes they really are a window to the health of the entire body. Dr. Coleman enjoys helping people see and feel better and says it is especially exciting to watch a person’s reaction after getting their first correction as they experience seeing clearly for the first time.
Outside of the office, Dr. Coleman enjoys spending time bass fishing, bow hunting, and attending various sporting events.

Ibrahim Qattan, O.D.
About Dr. Qattan
Dr. Ibrahim Qattan received his Doctor of Optometry in 2017 from Southern College of Optometry in Tennessee and received his Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Texas at Arlington. Dr. Qattan was involved in school vision screenings, the National Optometric Student Association, and led a Remote Area Medical (RAM) group to provide free eye exams to people in need. He also completed his externship at the Corpus Christi Naval Base serving our service men and women and their families.
Dr. Qattan has been practicing optometry since 2017, the past three years being in Denton County. His special fields of interest include pediatric eye exams and specialty contact lens fittings.
Dr. Qattan chose a career in optometry to help people see their best and says he especially enjoys interacting with his patients and helping them see more clearly with the aid of glasses or contact lenses.
In his free time, Dr. Qattan loves spending time with his wife and son.

Tarun Gandhi, OD
Dr. Tarun Gandhi received his Doctor of Optometry, magna cum laude, from the University of Houston in 2009. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Texas at Austin. Dr. Gandhi completed his externship training at the Naval Health Clinic in Quantico, VA, and Bridge Builders Eye Clinic in Dallas, TX.
Dr. Gandhi, whose field specialties include management of eye disease, ortho-k, specialty contact lens fitting, and pediatric exams, has been in practice since 2009. As a student in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, Dr. Gandhi got the opportunity to shadow an optometrist in his community. It was during that time that he discovered how much of a positive impact he could have in the lives of the people living in his community, and he decided to make optometry his career.
Dr. Gandhi’s professional satisfaction comes from making a difference in the lives of others and by having a positive impact in the lives of the people living in his community. Dr. Gandhi particularly enjoys helping his patients to see more clearly and live healthier lives.
During his free time, Dr. Gandhi enjoys spending time with his family and going to the park.

Ken M. Kirkland, O.D.
About Dr. Kirkland
Dr. Kirkland graduated from Georgia Southern University in 1981. In 1985 he received his Doctor of Optometry degree from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis Tennessee. He is also licensed in Therapeutic Optometry and is certified in glaucoma and oral medicine. While working at a lasik surgery center, he performed over 25,000 pre and post op exams. Dr. Kirkland opened Legacy Vision in 2003 and has built a large and loyal patient base that continues to grow each and every year. He has been practicing in the Plano area since 1995. He is committed to giving his patients the best care using the most current state of the art technology available. He is a member of the TOA, AOA, Plano Chamber of Commerce, Dr. Kirkland enjoys spending time with wife Nancy, a Nurse Practitioner and his step-son Brent. He also enjoys traveling, golf, and getting together with friends.

Ivan Banks, O.D., FAAO, FSLS
About Dr. Banks
After receiving his Doctor of Optometry degree from SCO, Dr. Bank completed a residency in Winterhaven, Florida at the Winterhaven Eye Clinic, with an emphasis on corneal disease. He practiced in New Orleans, Louisiana for 20 years, then established his Dallas location in 2009.
Dr. Bank is an expert in the care and management of the corneal-compromised patient. He specializes in the treatment and management of keratoconus, post-radial keratotomy and post-LASIK complications, corneal transplants, dry eye, corneal deformity, and contact lens patients who are deemed hard to fit. Dr. Bank has been named the number one fitter of the Zen Scleral lens technology in the United States from 2014 to the present.
Dr. Bank is Texas State Board Certified and a 2013 Diplomate certified by the American Board of Optometry. He is National Board Certified and has completed the International Association of Board of Examiners’ Treatment and Management of Ocular Disease Certification. Dr. Bank is Texas State Board Therapeutic certified as well as an Optometric Glaucoma Specialist.
Dr. Bank is a member of the Texas Optometric Association, the American Optometric Association (AOA) and the Contact Lens Section of the AOA. After completing extensive testing, Dr. Bank was granted Fellowship in the American Academy of Optometry in 1994, an accomplishment less than 10% of his colleagues attain. Dr. Bank received his Fellowship in the Scleral Lens Education Society in August 2015.
Dr. Bank is actively involved with the American Foundation for the Blind in Dallas as a board member, and is a financial supporter of Greer Garson Foundation for Presbyterian Hospital. Dr. Bank is an avid golfer and enjoys working out every day.

Lindsey Banks, O.D.
About Dr. Banks
Dr. Lindsey Bank was born in New Orleans, but her family quickly adopted Dallas as home when they moved here in 2005. Dr. Bank graduated from The Hockaday School in 2009 and then continued to The University of Texas at Austin, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology.
Dr. Lindsey Bank received her Doctor of Optometry from the University of Houston College of Optometry in 2018. Her externship rotations included Cedar Springs Eye Clinic in Dallas and Heitmeier Medical & Surgical Eyecare in New Orleans. During her time at UHCO, Dr. Bank was selected to rotate through the Dry Eye Clinic and the Multiple Sclerosis Eye Center.
Dr. Bank has received clinical training in primary eye care, pediatric and binocular vision, low vision rehabilitation, cornea and contact lenses, dry eye, and ocular disease. She is Texas State Board Therapeutic Certified and is an Optometric Glaucoma Specialist.
Dr. Lindsey Bank is excited to be joining her father, Dr. Ivan Bank, in the practice. Outside of the office, she enjoys exercising, playing tennis, and spending time with her family and friends. Dr. Bank is excited to bring her passion for patient care and ocular health to the Insight team.

Tracy Stringfield, O.D.
About Dr. Stringfield
A native of Dallas, Dr. Stringfield graduated from J.J. Pearce High School then went on to receive a Bachelors of Science with a major in Biology from Baylor University. She was a member of Chi Omega social fraternity, Beta Beta Beta biology fraternity and served as a student recruiter through the Baylor Student Foundation.
For her Optometric Doctorate, Dr. Stringfield studied at the highly accredited, University of Houston College of Optometry. Her senior clinical rotations included The University of Auckland Department of Optometry in Auckland, New Zealand, and The Eye Care and Surgical Center in Dallas, Texas. Through these opportunities, she gained vast experience in anterior ocular disease as well as pre- and post-surgical management of patients.
Dr. Stringfield began her career in Houston, Texas with The International Family Medical Center, heading up their West Houston location. In 1994, she returned to Dallas to work with the premier anterior disease surgeons at Cornea Associates of Texas. For 18 years, she practiced alongside these physicians working with corneal disease patients, fitting the most difficult and irregular corneas.
Dr. Stringfield has particular expertise in fitting patients with keratoconus, post-corneal transplant, corneal scars, post surgical ectasia and dry eye. This gives her the ability to successfully accommodate those who were previously unable to wear contact lenses. She is passionate about finding solutions for frustrated patients that work for their lifestyle and improve their quality of life.
Outside the office, Dr. Stringfield enjoys being a mom to her two daughters and wife to her husband, David. They are very involved in Watermark Community Church and have taken family medical mission trips to Ecuador for the past five years. Here in Dallas, Dr. Stringfield volunteers as part of the medical team at Brother Bill’s Helping Hand, serving the West Dallas community. She and her husband are also actively involved in the ministry of Young Life in the North Dallas area.

James Williams, O.D.
About Dr. Williams
Dr. Williams is a native of Western Kentucky, but has proudly lived and served North Texas since 2012. He completed his undergraduate studies at Murray State University where he graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelors of Science in Biology. Dr. Williams received his Doctor of Optometry from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, where he was a four year member of Beta Kappa Sigma optometric honor society.
His training included senior clinical rotations at Vestavia Eye Care in Vestavia Hills, Alabama and Simon-Williamson Clinic in Birmingham, Alabama and also an externship in a surgical co-management referral center at Vision America in Birmingham, Alabama. While at UAB he was privileged to provide care for students at Alabama Institute for the Deaf and Blind and to participate in community eye care where he provided care to underserved communities.
Over the course of his training, he received clinical experience in optical, primary eye care, pediatric and binocular vision, cornea and contact lenses, low vision rehabilitation and ocular disease clinics. As well as completed courses in injections and minor surgical procedures and laser procedures.
Dr. Williams is certified by the National Board of Examiners in Optometry and Texas State Board certified as an Optometric Glaucoma Specialist. He resides in Murphy, Texas with his wife, Jessica, and their son and daughter, Nolan and Ellie.. He is a sports enthusiast with his favorite teams being the University of Kentucky Wildcats and the Dallas Cowboys, Go Big Blue!
